We are delighted to have been selected as a finalist in the South Cheshire Chamber of Commerce & Industry business awards for excellence in customer service.
This has been an interesting process, prompting us to look at our own company, who and what drives us and how can we go further. Having got through to the finalist round, we now have an interview. We then have the long wait until the big night of the awards evening, where the winners will be announced. Point Progress will be represented in force, as this is a great way to recognise our fantastic team.

Providing the very best service is part of who we are as a business, from the initial contact, right through to our helpdesk support. We want to know what causes you a problem when creating and administering expense claims and therefore how we can help.
With comments such as; “of all the projects we have ever done, this has been by far the easiest to implement. Considering this was all done over the phone, I cannot fault the service”, we are looking forward to demonstrating how excellent customer service is at the heart of Point Progress when the judges come to visit our offices next week.
Furthermore we are excited to be attending the awards evening which will be hosted by Reaseheath College, in Nantwich, Cheshire.
